for the first 3.5 years my usual breakfast was Greek yogurt - and then Greek yogurt with a few berries or some diced fruit on top. the last few months it's been protein pancakes topped with 1/3 C

  • I still prefer a chocolate protein shake every morning to get me up and going

for the first 3.5 years my usual breakfast was Greek yogurt - and then Greek yogurt with a few berries or some diced fruit on top.

the last few months it's been protein pancakes topped with 1/3 C plain Greek yogurt and either diced fruit and sugar free syrup OR topped with plain Greek yogurt and some homemade fruit compote (made by cooking down fruit with sugar free Torani syrup and adding a little cinnamon and vanilla extract)

Yogurt (fancy parfait style) or protein waffles

Hahaha! IKR? I should probably have mentioned that all my pics are for my "Elevensies" or 2nd breakfast. :) I used to do a protein drink every morning for 1st brekky, now if I'm not IF, then I just do a jooge of PP in my coffee as creamer and still count it as First Brekky. But generally just have it black.

Gorgeous looking brekky-piccies!

I'm afraid I have plain old muesli with nuts and berries....it helps to 'move things along'. ?
