Three weeks post surgery
Ok, I think I am normal, I think I am normal. Thursday will be 21 days post surgery. As a car passenger, visited my parents, one hour each way. Rested at the folks house. Just starting pureed food. Got home, super tired.
Next day, one mile walk in morning and night decent energy. Today, in a fog. Also, when trying to do some work on the internet, (seeking new work) concentration is limited. Any thoughts?
GREAT NEWS, for right now, my primary care doctor says stay off my diabetes and blood pressure meds. YAHOOO!
For anyone on the fence, do this surgery.

A couple of great non scale victories for you, well done. You won't miss those meds at all.

Are you not able to drive yet? Just curious since you mentioned you were the passenger

I am a month out. I have experienced the brain fog a couple times my first week. Are you keeping track of your food and liquid intake?? If so, review it, if not, start. I was low on calories, protie
