Would You Really NEED It?

Did you check the sugar and carb content on it? Some other premade drinks are higher in protein and lower in sugar.

Go to Ensure High Protein, Protein Max or even Glucerna, even if you're not Diabetic it will work! And it does come in Butter Pecan ( if. you are in the US) as Well as other "loverly" tastes. I got so bored with the standard flavors but then I have had to remain on those p.s. an inordinate amount of time!

Slimfast, that is a blast from the past. I remember me and the guys at work using that stuff to lose weight in the 90's. It always worked at first then the weight always came back. I don't think there is a bariatric surgeon or nutritionist that has Slimfast on their post op menu.

Much like Welfare not being fair and you don't well with it, Slimfast neither works fast nor really makes you that Slim. Like you younger ones say: WORD!

My plan does not include slimfast before or after surgery.

Yeah, I think there are better options, I use premier powders and just mix them with 1% milk, pretty cheap and its pretty good stuff
