? Vitamins

Today, I’m starting my vitamins, I chewed up the multivitamin and in 10 mins. I throw it back up, I could feel my stomach rejecting the vitamin and I knew it was going to come back up.

It might be worth mentioning I took it on an empty stomach, was that the stupidest thing ever or is my body rejecting these vitamins?

I switched to the capsules as soon as I could. those chewables are nasty. good luck

Vitamins can be hard on your stomach. Maybe try them with some foods. I use soft-chew vitamins and they're not as hard on me.
