  1. So.... going back to work definitely heightened my anxiety PLUS the fact that I've only lost 15lbs since April 25th. What I do now is take a walk thru the building when my anxiety kicks in at work. I put up a "restroom" sign & start walking. It has helped my anxiety tremendously, however this stubborn weight is taking its time to leave me. I purchased Genepro protein to ensure I get all my protein in. Try walking more with deep breaths in & out for your anxiety. I wish you the best of luck!!!

Well,well,welll.. .I decided to tell EVERYONE that I was having the gastric sleeve surgery & every single day someone ask -- how much I've loss or have smart comments like-- well if you would have exercised first, then you wouldn't have needed the surgery. Every day I want to tell someone to mind the business that pays them. Lol I've only loss 15lbs SW 259 CW 244 Surgery date April 25th
  3. My surgery date was 04/25 & so far I'm only down 8lbs. No energy to exercise right now. Doctor said I should walk 1hr 5 days a week

  6. It's been one week & one day. Yes, I'm glad I decided to go forth with it. I've loss 8lbs so far.
  7. I went to UAB in Alabama. You'll do fine.
  8. I actually didn't even take all my pain meds. Only one day in hospital.
  9. My surgery was on 04/25. Minimum pain. My surgeon said I did exceptionally well.

  11. My surgery was on a Thursday & I felt well enough to go back to work the following Monday. I guess it just depends on how your surgery goes.
  12. Just drink more water, add jello & approved yogurt. You're doing great!
  13. I was sleeved on the 25th. I should be on all liquids but I added pork skins to my diet. I now can at least exercise some.
  14. I use the pill crusher and my vitamins stay down. I also ordered vitamin patches
  15. I have Genepro the approved ones on my list is pure protein powder, EAS complete protein, vega one protein, bariatric advantage protein & optifast high protein. I didn't have my list with me so I asked the workers at GNC for assistance.
  16. I tried cream soup with unflavored protein tonight & it was awesome.
  17. Thank you. I'm out now purchasing some soup. Just got the protein.
  18. I've only had a problem with being hungry. I'm going tomorrow to buy pure protein & broth to help me get past this stage.

  20. My surgery date was 04/25 & today was a really hard day for me. I'm going to purchase broth & pure protein tomorrow. I can't have many more days like today.
