Hey! Does anyone know a good high protein drink I can buy? I have to do a liquid diet before surgery and need some suggestions on a good tasty meal replacement?

I use GNC Lean Shake 25 pre-made chocolate protein shakes.

I like premier shake 30g of carbs 1g sugar and 160 cal.Chocolate is good but I tried the vanilla and like that flavor better. I am always a chocolate girl. Glad I tried the vanilla.

I like the Premier Protein as well. They have 30 grams of protein. I like to heat the chocolate for a "hot chocolate" treat for a change of pace. Vanilla is my favorite as it doesn't seem overly sweet as some of the others. Good luck!

I get the Gold Standard protein powder from Costco. It tastes great and it's 24g per scoop.

Love the premiere proteins! Especially the vanilla and bananas and cream. Strawberry and cream is really good too!

I’m hoping that doesn’t happen either Frustr8! I’ve heard about how your taste buds can change drastically. I’m hoping it will happen for carbs! Lol. That’s IF I have this surgery! Still waiting to hear from insurance...........

Me too. I'm hoping I don't hate it but if that's the case I'll just switch to another brand
