Can you sprinkle or add in unflavored PP to baked goods, etc or does that affect it negatively?

I think the heat denatures the protein. I've heard you shouldn't heat protein powders over 140 degrees.

Cabot unflavored whey protein is made specifically for cooking & some premier protein powders say use in baked goods on the jar. To be safe, try looking for brands (or at labels) that say the same. I cook with many types protein powders all the time & have not had any issues ?
