I just had my surgery 3weeks ago, and today was the worse well this morning.

Has anyone feel this before??

It’s normal hun. It’s the muscles repairing and you most likely still have trapped gas. Try walking around as much as you can around the house and don’t lift anything heavy. I was the crazy one to pull a muscle my first week out of surgery.

It's normal. I felt like xrap and was sore for 10 days and it gets so much better. Hang in there!

3 weeks today was when I had my surgery and I totally feel the same way. It makes me feel a lot better that that seems to be normal for a lot of others also.
