Still a lot of " on job training" after these WL surgeries, we all learn what works and doesn't work for our individual nodies, what things are unacceptable and what out remodeled bodies will agree to. Me I'm either a shake Commodore or something close to it, been clear since last summer and they still are in my life. When will this liquid torture be over? Only God , my surgeons, and my redefined GI system truly know. Its rather a "need to know" basis, if YOU don't know now that you've been disinvited from the inner circle. Like the 60s song
If you don't know now, you may never know!
Always thought it had a pretty melody line!?, forget who recorded it.

I felt weak and shaky a few weeks post op, it turned out to be low B12 levels
