It’s normal to feel like you are the only one who is gonna fail weight loss surgery.

It's normal to feel c-c-c-c-old after surgery and have the need to wear sweaters/socks/blankets All. The. Time. Side note: I am the only one in my hot yoga class who wears socks and long sleeves

Me. So embarrassing that i just look people dead in the eye when they hear it and pretend it was them... ?????
I’ll start:
1) Yes! It is totally normal to have second thoughts and feelings of anxiousness prior to surgery. It is major surgery that is going to affect the way you live for the rest of your life. I would question it if you DIDN’T experience a little of both
2) I also think it’s normal to have the feeling afterwards of “what have I done to myself ?” You are not only a hormonal mess afterwards but you’ve mostly likely just lost your source of comfort. It make takes weeks or months to come to grips with it. Or you may experience the complete opposite and have total elation!! That’s ok too !
It does get better ?? Hang in there ?
