Gulping water
I am scheduled for bypass on 3/8. I am wondering after 6 weeks are you able to drink water faster than right after surgery? I am not able to stop and drink every 15 minuets to be sure I get my water in. I am hoping that by 6 weeks postop I can drink more at one time so I will not have to drink as often. I know everyone is different. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a gulper - I just seem to forget all the time and chug. I'm 4 weeks post-op now, and I can gulp about 3 - 4 mouthfuls (prob about 4 ounces). Sometimes I'll get an "uh oh!" feeling in my stomach
