About to start Phase 2 of my post op.....Are potatoes allowed? I was thinking of a potato soup! They would be completely mashed, nothing chunky.

I just competed week 1 of a21 day full liquid diet. Creamy soups as In cream of tomatoe ,cream of chicken. Cream of celery , cream of potatoe. cream of mushroom etc. All made with milk and all have chunky bits. Use an emerssble blender to keep to bits gone. I can make a can last all day. Eating a quarter of it at breakfast quarter st lunch and rest in evening.

My Nut said to stay away from Pudding and jello.not sure why. No protein maybe.

Try puréed squash, cooked carrots and other root vegetables. They’re delicious
