Well today marks the beginning of a new journey. I am heading to the hospital for my surgery. It’s been a great two weeks. Down 20lbs from liquid Pre-op diet and looking forward to shedding this fat suit in the future.

Hope all went well. Looks like we have similar started stats too. You are probably still recovering from surgery - walk the halls as much as possible and just keep in mind that it will get better. the first month was quite an adjustment and not easy but buy the time you get to day 45 or so it will be almost no issue, at least it was for me and hopefully for you too!

And I even went to the dentist for a cleaning. My energy level is going great. I said that to say All my February buddies you got this and hopefully you feel the way I do.
