How many calories should I be consuming?

I am 3 weeks post op.. I’m starting to worry myself about getting enough protein, nutrients, calories, and water in a day. I’m scared to consume too many calories, but I want to get enough.. what are your alls suggestions? (I’ve been on solid foods for a week)

For the first three weeks I was from 500-800 calories, now at 9 weeks post-op I am 800-900 calories/day

I don't have a calorie restriction right now - I just have to do 60g of protein and 64 oz fluids plus fruits/veggies. I find that I fluctuate between 700-1000 calories depending on the day. I have a nutrition group tomorrow and I want to ask because I keep seeing what everyone else is doing calorie wise and I don't want to be screwing this up.
