Scared about the future

Here's a graph of my weight from 2014-now. It shows when I first started my first weight loss journey at 218lbs to how I got down to my lowest adult weight of 158 in less than a year, how I started to gain over the next couple years to reach 238 lbs. That is when I decided to have wls, so now it is showing how I've made my way back down to 176 lbs. I feel good right now but also terrified of gaining again because despite it just being a line graph to most, to me it also shows all the tears and depression I went through. How do I stay optimistic when I've failed myself many times before? I guess I'm just looking for some support, advice, and words of wisdom anyone may have. Thank you all in advance! Agreed! Don't look back! And throw yourself in front of anything that is going to help you keep eating healthy..cooking classes, support groups, outings that include exercise. My goal right now is to get my steps to over 8000/day (10 would be better but 8 works for me for now!). I don't make it everyday for sure, but I'm slowly progressing. So as said above, focus on the future!

And the future is Much more Sunny than the Gloom and What- ifs our pasts, now you are I Can, I Will and I Shall, 3 "I's " to keep in Your future. Stay Strong, You Will Make It!
