Speaking for myself

I think its unrealistic to not expect myself to partake in holiday treats. The trick is moderation and getting right back to clean eating. Having all the stuff in the house is too hard not to take a taste. But, its gotta go soon!

I agree with you, this is a new lifestyle change and sometimes you will have some foods that are off plan and it is OKAY you’re human the key is just get back on track...my opinion is if you crave something, have a little in moderation, don’t buy a bunch to keep in the house, have a serving to satisfy you and keep it moving. No one is perfect and it’s ok to have a treat every now and then...you gotta live.
