New to Group

Hi. New to this community. I’m just about 6 months out. Lost 55lbs. I’m only 4ft 10 inches, so real hard to loose. I’ve been at a stall this month, but no weight gain. Having gallbladder surgery tomorrow. Kind of bummed. Glad to have found this site.

Hello, I’m new to the group too. Congratulations on your success so far! I am also 4’10 so I feel your pain. Weight management can be really hard for vertically challenged people like us!
