Post-op Exercise

I am scheduled for the sleeve tomorrow evening. I have set up a home gym in my basement because I dont like to work out in front of people and it's too damn cold to go to the trail and walk. I was wondering how long did everyone wait before they started working out?

Yep, I bought a treadmill so I could walk without having to walk in this freezing cold weather lol. Love my treadmill!

My surgeon said I can to to gym after 3wks. But i started intensive walking yesterday 1wk after surgery. Keeps me warm!
