Was sleeved in July, but just wanted to tell you all that you got this. It's going to be rough at first but when those times come just remember that the recovery process is only temporary and when you

October 3rd! I'm nervous! And also excited! Btw, thanks for labeling this thread "2018." There are two other October threads that don't have the year marked, and I really hope some of us stay in

Surgery was on Monday. Came home from hospital late Tuesday, which was good because the hospital didn't have anything other than water and veggie broth packets to eat (they kept bringing me jello - which I can't eat because I'm a pescatarian). So far, so good. Got my protein and liquids in yesterday and am on track for today. Took my first vitamin today. Maybe over did the walking, though. I'm tired because I'm having trouble sleeping - I usually toss and turn, and can only sleep on my right side now. But that'll pass. All in all, I feel a lot better than I thought I would.

Thank you @notmyname for telling me what it’s like. I’m getting ready to be dis charged from the hospital and I’m wondering how I’m going to feel at home.

I don't feel hungry yet. It's only been 4 days since my surgery. I'm so done with the liquid. If I could have my protein shakes maybe I will feel more satisfied

Chrissy C someone said to try sugar free popsicles and different temp of water. Maybe that will help

The sugar free popsicles are great. The broth I have to eat at room temp or it will make my stomach ache. I just need to work on my protein. I've only had 20 grams today
