Yep I'm a slow loser as well I'm still in the 60s going on a year a little frustrating but I still have time I'm not rushing it I'm in a size 12 from a 18 so I'm happy with that for now.

That's great for some reason I'm not too happy with my numbers I started at 278 I'm now 218 went down from an 18 to a 12 that I'm happy with but I seem to can't get out the 200s. I feel I should have lost at least another 20lbs by now its just moving extremely slow it's very frustrating . Is anybody else having this issue just curious 😫
  4. Congratulations so happy for you and the hubby🙌🙏

Ohhh ok you started 9th smaller than me I was 278 before surgery I was only on the liquid diet for 2 days and lost 4lbs so before surgery I was 274 now I'm 231 been in the 40s for about 6wks and been in the 30s for about another 5wks that's what's so frustrating feel I should at least be 220 by now. I guess march didn't help I was partying every weekend due to my birthday and I just started exercising a month ago. Trying to stay positive and stay off the scale but its hard.

  10. Hi I haven't been here on a while I just have a question for everyone is it just me or what I feel I'm losing really slow I've only lost 45lbs since surgery 10 26 I feel like I should be at least between 50 to 60 by now. I haven't been eating anything crazy maybe twice a week I've had carbs but it isn't much. My Dr told me not to worry but now I'm worrying wondering am I really gonna lose any more. I thought I would have lost more before I would have to do my part of the surgery but apparently not smh. Needing encouragement about now😞

When did you have the surgery. O had mine October 26th and I've lost 40lbs I've have numerous stalls that lasted a month to six weeks sometimes but my Dr said I was still on track bcuz its only been 4 months that's 10 pounds a month on an average day we would never lose that much. My Dr also told me not to get discouraged because I was during my stalls she said its perfectly normal and slow weight loss is better than fast weight losd

Isn't a chicken breast about 3 oz that seams ok to eat of you ate the whole tho g I don't know when you had the surgery but eventually my Dr said we are supposed to eat up to 6 oz plus a while chicken breast is all protein so that's great within itself and I was told to eat my protein before my veggies. I think it's always gonna feel like were eating too much if we compare it to what we started with which was 1 to 2 OZ.

I'm in the same boat had surgery 10/26 I've lost 36lbs so far I told my Dr and she said its way better for it to go slowly because the faster you lose it the faster you'll gain it back. She begged me not to get discouraged it will be fine because I was worried as well I thought I should have lost at least 50lbs by now. I've been in numerous of stalls don't know why but they are frustrating and I was driving myself crazy getting on the scale every morning. So now I'm now getting on only every 2 weeks or so. Hopefully by my birthday in march ill be down at least another 15lbs 🙏. So its happening to a few of us so we all can keep each other encouraged.

I don't know if its just me or what but why does it feel like my bones hurt from my hips to my thighs. I don't I just connect everything I feel now to the surgery probably has nothing to do with it just wondering if anybody else been feeling this.
  16. @nomorefattypatty when your asking a question or confused about what to eat or not to eat thinking it has something to do with where your surgeon works at or his or her ability to give you the proper information that just because some people are still wondering what to eat is stupid because none of these things has anything to do with it. So get your facts together if you dont like my answer don't read it because its useful to people that has sense only.

Hi everyone I'm having a sort of problem had my surgery Oct 26th I got into a stall for about 3 weeks in November now I'm back in a stall again for about 2 weeks I'm getting frustrated thinking this is not working for me so far I've lost 28lbs only I feel I should at least be losing 40lbs by now I don't know what's going on and I'm starting to get depressed thinking I'm not gonna lose anymore. Has anyone had this problem or knows someone else that went through this?
  20. Its not a matter of the surgeon not telling you what to do after surgery just because he says for example you can start eating ground beef now doesn't mean its going to approve with your stomach everybody is different what you used to be fine with eating is not the same anymore. I don't think you should belittle anybody's thoughts on what they talk about should they eat or not because this surgery is a learning process you learn what your body can intake all over again like a baby its a trial and error process. It has nothing to do with anybody's insurance carrier. So before you somewhat are judging peoples thoughts maybe you need to research more of what this life changing experience is about. Not judging though.[emoji19] Sent from my LG-TP260 using BariatricPal mobile app

Yes I have some of them are good and some aren't the eat me guilt free brownies are okay I just wish they had at least 1gram of sugar but they are moist. Some of the chips are good some were horrible its just like taste testing. I would advice you only order one of what you want to see if you like it then if so you can order it in a bundle.
