Hair loss...

Just wondering? Does everyone experience this? I am reading and it seems most do. I am 2.5 months out and so far so good but everytime I shower I look to see if I see hair in the tub.

I have seen several men comment on it as well. I think it's just more noticeable when your hair is longer and you're pulling a gerbil-sized wad of hair out of the shower drain.

Is it because of not properly taking vitamins or lack of nourishment that causes this?

Those are some of the hypotheses, also the stress of major surgery. But, to the best of my knowledge, they don't have a definitive answer. Most of the people on here were already taking vitamins before their surgeries.

I take my vitamins, I eat my protein, and follow all the rules. I am two months out and my hair is already falling out. I'm pretty scared about it. I'm thinking of getting it cut, but I'm getting married in two months also.

Thank you ☺️☺️☺️

Is the hair loss noticeable to others? Or just when washing & styling your hair?

I'm tempted to cut back on how many times a week I was mine & just use the dry shampoo.
