Liquid protein vs. Water?

Hi everybody. One week out of surgery, and my nutritionist recommended I maintain the clear liquid diet for two more weeks.
I came across this clear protein drink, incredibly delicious and does not cause me any problems. I just find an issue balancing with drinking protein and drinking water. Anybody else struggling with that? And does anybody have any recommendations regarding how I can maintain the balance?
Thanks!

Thanks! How did you work out your schedule? Alarms every half hour or so?

You can try setting alarms for each. I had a strict watering schedule immediately after surgery.

From my understanding, anything clear without caffeine is considered in your water intake. So your clear protein drinks should count as protein and water.

Yes, every 30 mins 4 oz of water or whatever was recommended out of the hospital, I don't remember if I ever quite achieved goals that early out but I sure tried!

I hear ya! ? I keep trying to meet my drinking goals, but it seems like the day ends before I get a chance to drink what I should! Guess I can only keep trying!
