That is awesome! I loved the testimonies in the seminars I attended (2 different doctors offices). It made it personal for me and felt more real, and attainable.

Definitely. I'm willing to share what I've learned. I was excited to eat two spoons of key lime tart for my birthday a few days ago. I've given up bread, rice, pasta and potatoes for a while... that was hard to do.

You'll be great. It should be easy to share such a positive, life-changing experience. Just don't be shy about saying "I don't know" when you don't. You can't be expected to have encyclopedic knowledge although some people expect it.
