Lost 90 pounds

Omg hardest journey of my life! But worth it! I’m always light headed and supper weak can barely lift anything no matter how hard I train at the gym! Lost 90 pounds so far

Congrats! With the light headedness, I assume you've had your blood pressure checked... I get light headed when I stand too quickly, seems that having a lower blood pressure (still normal) and a much lower resting heart rate (got mind down to around 60 bpm from 100+) means that standing up too quickly can result in a temporary bout of lightheadedness.

and the gym is for a lot of things - your health and general we being - lots of the issues from being overweight are helped by going to the gym but its just the movement - getting your body moving for a hour or more a day that does most all the magic.

All the latest studies say the same thing - working out makes you healthy but does not result in more than modest weight weight loss.

So keep up the workouts cause they help heal all the damage we did to ourselves with the weight and stick to your surgeons program for the weight loss. They go hand in hand.
