  2. Omg hardest journey of my life! But worth it! I’m always light headed and supper weak can barely lift anything no matter how hard I train at the gym! Lost 90 pounds so far

  12. Hi, I’m 5 months post op and I still get sick when eating meats and carbs I lost 65 pounds since my sleeve. Anyone else feeling the same? I’m also loosing sooo much hair it’s embarrassing!!
  13. Yes I always need to eat a tomato with it or something wet cuz I find it hard to swallow..

  16. Cw 213 Hw 253 Gw 140 Two months out and I say small plates help me a lot with this diet! I take about an hour to eat each meal because if I eat to fast I get sick and throw up.. this plate is small but looks so full make sure to drink your fluids! I was hospitalized for three days last week for dehydration!!
  17. Same with me just the thought of protein shakes makes me want to gag! I think it's just because our body's are fed up lol
  18. I had my surgery sept 06 2017 and in all even with pre op I only lost 25 pounds in like a month but still happy I haven't been this thin in a while. [emoji7][emoji173]️

  20. Chin up and keep the motivation flowing towards your success! I kid you not this change will seriously take affect very fast and you'll feel amazing! As long as you keep active after surgery you'll look amazing! Keep us posted and we all wish you luck towards your new journey! P.s I just had my sleeve done 2 days ago, my journey just started and I can't wait to start seeing my results! [emoji173]️[emoji173]️

  22. The first few days was horrible after I got the hang of it and it was easy you'll be fine
  23. I was in the worse pain of my life! Not even the morphene helped! But as the days went by the pain is more tolerable! Of course when I came out I regretted it I didn't even think the pain would have been that bad! I'm 24 and it's my first surgery ever! So please expect pain after surgery! But it does get better I promise! Can't wait to start this new journey!
