I’m four years out and I still retain fluid and will gain a pound or two for no reason and then lose it again for no reason other than I ate too much salt or too many carbs. So, don’t despair.

I had sleeve on 6/5 and went from 234 to 210 since... Well weighed myself yesterday and was 211.. I feel I'm messing up my surgery by gaining the pound.. I did just get off my period but it's bringing me down.. I don't eat much and I'm very active..
