Fatigue

Wondering if anyone has any input on why I would be so fatigued... I can barely keep my eyes open lately and everyone says I look sickly. It’s really getting me down. The 26th will be a year post RNY.

Well, they have thought for quite some time that I may have an autoimmune disorder... starting prednisone today. My lungs sound bad. I thought having this surgery I would get healthier lol

Get your H&H checked. Your ratio of hemoglobin, hematocrit and ferritin could be off. Also, any ice crunching? Flip your lower eyelid down while looking in a mirror. Pink or yellow? Yellow is anemia.

You might be deficient in vitamins or minerals, get all your bloodwork done.

Deficiency in iron and b vitamins especially b1 or b12, get labs done to confirm as some can cause great damage.
