Waterlogged?

After drinking the 64 ounces of fluids a day, I feel really waterlogged. Anyone else feel this way after drinking the 64 ounces of fluids a day?

My program also says 64 oz of water a day. It took me months to actually reach that goal. And yes, I have definitely felt like I had a swimming pool in my tummy at times :P

Yes most definitely! I did the 64 oz and more, and was worried that I was stretching my pouch and unable to eat. I did some online research and found that you cannot stretch your stomach with water, but it sure felt like it!

I feel super dehydrated and dry if I get less than 80oz. The first 2 days I felt like so dry, but by day 3 I was back up to 80 and now 1 week out I’m at around 100oz. So strange how different everyone is!

I'm almost one month post op and have trouble getting in 64 ounces
