Grab hold of it now before it gets to the point where it’s so hard. Good Luck

Still battling the bulge-menopause and HRT. Ugh!!! Need a metabolism reset??? Any ideas
Just a thought but are you taking vitamins? Back to basics - protien and water. I am with you - boring. What about a 5 day break from carbs sugar caffeine and alcohol? Also for me logging is a must. Keep us posted.

Have you considered IF? Come join us here. It really does provide a metabolic reset! (serry to post here...I'm not a vet.)

Be careful! I have gained more than nine due to every excuse in the book. (medical issues, medicine, depression, etc.) and 9 pounds becomes 19 really fast! So I'm in month 2 of recovery and watching a pound a week going in the right direction feels pretty good. :)
