Doing 10 day clear liquids plus protein shakes.

I just had my surgery on Monday and this preop diet was the hardest thing for me. I couldn’t go through with it and I ate eggs for breakfast and plain salmon for dinner [emoji87] the last two days after my surgery I did liquids to make sure everything was empty in there. Good luck guys you are almost on the other side.

This liquid diet is ridiculously difficult for me. My blood sugars are jacked up and I just wanna eat alllll the things. I’ve cheated the last couple days. Yesterday I ate some romaine lettuce and chicken and did the same today. Oh, and I’ve had coffee all week. I’m super blowin it

Horrible!!! Four Bariatric Advantage shakes a day and 2cups approved veggies... I hate sweets and the shakes are sickly so. Plus I have a toddler and a preschooler whom I have to still cool for. I feel so bad giving them freezer meals but it's all I can manage right now.
