You see ... I never tho about that ... since I was home either way ... I would sleep when I felt like sleeping . ( thank God I had help with the kids) but I also realized that drinking my multi-vitamins late would keep me awake. But what I’ll do when I woke up around night .. walk .. walk the house back and forth that had me tired quick.

I had good luck with melatonin.

I’m three weeks post. Can’t sleep more than three hours at a time. Anybody using Tylenol PM?

I use Tylenol PM on occasion. It is not an NSAID, so it is okay to use in the short term. I am having a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I've heard tell that this not an uncommon experience while losing weight. Your hormones and endocrinology get a little bit out of whack. I am sure it will adjust some in the coming months.

Is it pain keeping you awake? If not, you may not need the Tylenol, just something to help you sleep.
