Protein water

I read in a few post that people dink protein water during their liquid diet. Where do you buy it and how much is it? I looked at amazon and it seems crazy expensive.

Sam's carries Premier Protein Clear which wasn't too expensive. GNC has Isopure, which was expensive and the aftertaste was dreadful.

I bought mine at rite aid. Just single bottles incase i didn't like them. They had protien2o And protien water. They were like 2.49 each

I got mine from Amazon, the Protein2O tastes really good. Not something you can say about most protein drinks!

I agree it is expensive, on Amazon it's about $2/bottle. But you'll find that all protein supplements are pricey, unfortunately.

Sam’s club is cheaper than amazon for protein 20 amazon is $23 sams club is $16.66. I like both and purchased both just to mix it up and not get use to one taste.

Star you had a good idea, buying single bottles until you find something you like and can run with, then hike to Sams Club or costco where you can count coup on prices. Think I'll ask for a one-day pass, even at 10% extra it would be worth it, and I might just like it enough to join! My biggest problem is that the nearest to me is in Mansfield 23 miles north [emoji30]of my sweet self. Might as well do it in Columbus when I go for an appointment at OSU[emoji13]

Thanks for all the responses!!

My doc said that if I could see light thru it, it qualified as “clear”. Syntrex nectar has a good lemonade. They also have a pineapple coconut one that was pretty good. I ordered a sampler pack from the Bariatricpal store.

I like that they came in single serve envelopes. Easy to keep in my purse if I get stuck without food.

Lannie, what does your avatar mean? It's very intriguing.
