Sending to Insurance!

I had my EGD today. The doctor found that I have a hiatal hernia, GERD, gastritis and esophogitis. So he's going to fix my hernia during surgery. My insurance only requires an EGD and a psych evaluation. I did that yesterday, and saw my surgeon and nutritionist today after my EGD. And got the go ahead to send to insurance for approval! I should know in 2 weeks!!
