Bras are my enemy!

Every time I eat something I have to unhook my bra or hold up my boobs to allow the food to pass through my esophagus to my stomach. I wish I could go braless but they don't look good just laying there when I am in public. I tried a bralette but that is too much fabric around my upper waist also. I need a better solution!

I have an elomi bra. It kind lifts and separates.

Sports bra? Get a bigger one so it's not so snug...but offers some support and camouflage.

I have these long line and shortline Bra's from Shapeezz. they cost more but they are so great and comfortable. The Long Cami are a cover up for ack fat and tummy. I also like there Short Cami. I also found them cheaper on Amazon Prime. They are worth the $$ to me. If something fits well and supports also then I am willing to pay more for them. I love them. They make me feel so much better.

This should pass for you fairly soon. Though, to tell you the truth, if I eat to fast I STILL get that and I'm 17 months post op now.
