My wife and I have lost 356lbs. Today I weighed 199lbs. I'm 20lbs below my first goal and now hit the goal to get below 200lbs. My wiffe and I have been on this trip down for 5 years. lapband 3 years ago. My wife has gone from 315lbs to 169lbs and I have gone from 409lbs to 199lbs. This last picture was about 29lbs ago.

My husband and I are also banded...he in April of 07 and me in July 07...we've lost 152lbs so far...It's amazing...We have about another 180 to go..
