Today I put a shirt on that was an 18/20.....an 18/20...down from a 26/28 (but I was barely barely barely fitting in them....that's bad)..an 18/20!!!!!!

Great job...it feels good to be able to put on smaller clothes or to go shopping and get something that you would have never thought would fit. Did I mention...I LOVE MY BAND!!!

I am in a similiar situation, so I know how ecstatic you feel. I find myself looking around in the dressing room as if someone is playing a joke on me...just writing numbers in the clothes at random. To think from a 28 to an 18! Congratulations on your success. I find it all surreal.
