    Thank you - day 3 and I just went on my first real walk around the block - and I feel so much better!

    Still hurts when I take sips of anything and it going down, but I think it’s getting better. Gas bubbles I feel are annoying but it’s also slowly improving. I just can’t wait to be skinny! Does it go by fast?
