i was wondering after the lap band can you sleep on your stomach? I am a major tummy sleeper...

also whats the diet consist of that you are supposed to be on about 2 weeks before your surgery and does it really help you lose weight. cuz if so couldnt i just keep up with that diet instead?

Most people are on a full liquid diet-protein shakes, sf liquids, etc. you could lose all your weight on this-but our problem is keeping it off and this is what I hope the lap band will do for me once I reach goal.

Big time tummy sleeper here, almost 3 years out and every time I flip over, I do think about my tube and port :rolleyes:, yeppers still think about it.
