Supplements recommendations

Hi guys, my surgery is pretty soon Nov 13. As you know I'll have to take vitamins and other supplements. From what they said no capsule or gummy, I'm not a fan of chewables. Are there any other alternatives? What are your recommendations? Thanks for the help

  • I’ve seen vitamin patches on the internet but don’t know if they’re as effective as oral. I’ve used Citrical chewables and they get the job done while wetting the whistle.

Not sure there are many alternatives to chewables, as post-bariatric vitamins have a special formula and differs alot from other traditional vitamins and supplements. You may want actually try finding some with a flavor you like the most.

I don't have any first hand experience but I've been seeing adds for Tespo, liquid vitamins dispensing system.
