Hello guys, i had my sleeve on Monday, November 13 at Bellevue, NY. I have a lllllot of pain, mostly gas. I walked, had gasX, had tea NOTHING! !! Hi guys, my surgery is pretty soon Nov 13. As you know I'll have to take vitamins and other supplements. From what they said no capsule or gummy, I'm not a fan of chewables. Are there any other alternatives? What are your recommendations? Thanks for the help

Hi everyone, this is my 7th day preop diet. I've been good,following everything. However i keep asking my self if i really have to do it? The last time i weighted myself was on my 1st day i was 304.5lbs. I know i need this but i keep asking myself if I'm able to do 7 day on liquid and veggies, which I'm really impressed, maybe i can follow that. Hi there, I'll be having my sleeve on Nov 13. The way you're feeling what now is on of my biggest concern too. But i have some co-workers who had done the surgery, they told me it will pass. Just think that you had the surgery because you were tired of how you were and this is one step for you to be better. Btw make sure you're moving a lot, cuz blot clot can be form.
