Where does everyone live? (General area)

I had Dr Ricardo Bonner in Katy, TX do my sleeve. Fabulous results. Great Herman Hosp in Memorial City. It was done Nov 2017 & I’m down to 145 from 190. Still 20 to lose but it’s slower going now.
  2. I had no issues with the liquid/purée diets because I love yogurt, applesauce and soups. I transitioned to “hard” food easily by cutting my meats into small bits before sitting down to eat. I’ve lost 50 lbs in 6 months & have 20 to go. I bought small bowls and divided plates in the Walmart baby department so I don’t over serve myself. Eating ice chips & sipping water or iced tea all day has helped with hydration.
  3. I hadn’t considered the sugar, but I have eaten some sweets with no problem. I used to drink tequila on the rocks but figured that would really be a bad idea and opted for the marg. I’ll have to do some experimenting at home to see if it happens again.
  4. After 3 months I experimented with white wine on a cruise. It was more intoxicating than pre-surgery, so one glass was my limit. It’s now 7 months after surgery & I tried a margarita. My stomach didn’t have the ability to metabolize tequila anymore! I felt a physical reaction in the stomach & had diarrhea after! Not a good thing to try for the first time if you’re not close to a toilet!
  5. I just had the gastric sleeve surgery on Nov 3rd. I feel pretty good after three days, but the first day was excruciating. Very surprised @ the intensity of gas pains. I’ve added some creamy soups to the diet and it’s helped break the monotony of protein drinks. I added water & low salt bouillon to canned soup & jolted it a bit. Feeling optimistic.
  6. I’ve seen vitamin patches on the internet but don’t know if they’re as effective as oral. I’ve used Citrical chewables and they get the job done while wetting the whistle.
