New beginning

I just had the gastric sleeve surgery on Nov 3rd. I feel pretty good after three days, but the first day was excruciating. Very surprised @ the intensity of gas pains. I’ve added some creamy soups to the diet and it’s helped break the monotony of protein drinks. I added water & low salt bouillon to canned soup & jolted it a bit. Feeling optimistic.

Wishing you much success!!! I'm about 4 months from surgery (ins req). Wondering if there are things you wish you'd known or things you did or wish you'd done to be more prepared?
