Ok, so I had my surgery on 10/30 and all went well, got released the next day. Not in too much pain, have had slight nausea, but have been able to control it. I'm six days out and getting ready to finish the ALL LIQUID STAGE, thank god. Have any of you others been so depleted, that making the bed, getting dressed, brushing your teeth has been a monumental task? I know we have little to no calories on this phase but OMG I didn't think that just drinking water, Kool Aid, Jello was going to be this hard. What all have you done to combat this? I literally feel like my heart is going to explode when I even try and go to the bathroom, because of the amount of exertion I'm putting out based on the lack of calories?????
HI ALL.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be great.
Thank you
