Finally on the losers bench

I am officially 1 day post op. I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. I don’t want the pain meds because it makes me extremely nauseous. Any other advice? Please help!

    The first 2-3 weeks is the hardest. DON'T LOSE FAITH. You're going to have moments where you cry in regret when you miss food or when you're in pain, but IT GETS BETTER! You're going to be soooo happy with the journey you are about to take and when you look back 1 month, or 2 months post surgery, you're going to be so proud of the person you are becoming and notice you are much stronger than you thought you were. Good luck!
