Did I calculate this right?

I might be getting delirious from how much I'm not eating, but, I had surgery on September 8th. I went home September 9th. Am I ending my 4th week this week and starting my 5th week on Saturday? I'm so ready for puree stage I don't know what to do.

I think I'm losing it!
