I looked it up and nicotine comes out of your system in 1 to 3 days... so if you don't smoke anymore you should be fine. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal App

Well I caved again and over the weekend had 2 cigs. I'm doomed. My pre operative testing is Oct 6. My surgeon never said anything about smoking I did fill out the form that I was a casual smoker. B

Hi I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and I slipped up in an emotional moment. I have since smoke a 6 cigarette s in a week. I have the pre surgery testing Oct 2 and my surgery is Oct 20. Anyone know how I can get rid of the nicotine in my system in 3 weeks time? I'm so upset at myself [emoji20] I had my last cigarette yesterday today no urges or cravings it was just a rough week when I slipped. I was never a heavy smoker maybe a 1/ 2 pack a day before I stopped. Anyone with any advise to help me rid my body of nicotine in time for my testing?
