I scrubbed it this morning. I didn't vomit! It looks awful though. The "white" colored skin inside the wound made me gag. Now it's covered in gauze. ?

Two of my incisions keep opening. Morning they're sealed then by afternoon they're open.
No pain, no fever. They're not warm to the touch or sore. They're a little weepy but it's not thick like pus. My surgery was almost a month ago.
Should I be concerned??
