Wow thats great! I usually have 1 to 2 shakes per day but I supplement with high protein yogurt which I add additional protein powder to and I also have broth and add protein powder to it. Sometimes I get tired of the sweetness of the shakes so I try to get protein in other ways. Only my large incision os sore but otherwise have not had any other issues and life is pretty normal. I'm glad you're doing well!

Yes I would love to have support going on. Today I finally got to have high protein non fat vanilla geek yogurt. It was so delicious and it was a nice little break from the constant shakes. My yogurt had 12 grams of protein and one serving size was perfect I am pleasantly full. Now I will wait a half hour to start drinking the water again. How's everyone else today xoxo

I am 5 days post op now and still on clear liquids. Can't stand anything but sf popsicles and decaf un sweet tea. I am managing to get 30 grams of protein in with my jello a day but wondering about going ahead and starting full liquids so I can get my protein in with premier protein

Hi Lillie Lou I'm not a doctor so I don't want to give false info but my doctor told me once I felt ready for the full liquids I could move on. My full liquid phase starts Tuesday. So I am slowly starting to incorporate some of the new things I can have such as non fat vanilla Greek yogurt and it was delicious. My husband and I will start making soup purées with our ninja tomorrow and then Tuesday I start the full liquid portion. I'm also extremely excited for sugar free pudding!!!!!!!!

The Ninja is awesome! I made organic pinto bean and black bean puree and used onions, bell peppers, and some lean ground turkey and it is SOOO GOOD. The ninja makes it super smooth and easy to swallow. I bought 2 ounce and 4 ounce portion cups as well. I am currently getting full off of the 2 ounce cups and drink my protein shakes for a snack.
