  1. Yes. I started my journey on December 4th of last year and was operated on July 18th. It was less than 7 months. I was so focused on all of my appointments and things I had to get done for my insurance to approve that I never had time to worry about it. I was sleeved 5 months ago and am down a total of 102 lbs since surgery. But almost 120 total since starting my journey. I look like a completely different person and feel amazing. No more sleep apnea and no more diabetes!!!! U will do. Great

  6. I'm good. I'm going for my follow up with my surgeon on Tuesday to get cleared for work. Getting the puréed foods down is still difficult. I get a lot of bubbles / air and it makes me feel like I need to burp. Ugh [emoji58] but I'm not gonna complain I lost 30 lbs but now the past 4 days have weighed in the same every day. I heard it's common to plateau after surgery a little and then start losing again. How's everything with u
  7. Amazing!!!!! Right? Takes forever to get it down but just the chocolate taste hits the spot !!! I had my surgery on the same day as you. Goodluck with everything
  8. The first 3 days suck. Until you pass gas. I felt like a balloon ready to pop. And once all the gas passed I felt like a new person!! Speedy recovery xx
  9. Today I weighed in 8 days post op 30 lbs lighter. I'm down 30 lbs it was empowering. I finally was cleared to walk on tredmill and ride bike at gym so I went to my gym and did a 30 minute bike ride and then had to run to the mall to buy a summer dress for my best friends engagement party in 2 weeks and I was one full size down. This is literally only ONE week post op. I'm onto puréed foods as well and for dinner tonight I got to purée a bean chili with fat free sour cream and a little fat free Mexican cheese. My ninja made it so smooth and it was beyond delicious. My biggest incision where they removed the stomach is the only one that is sore but my doctor said that's normal. I'm loving life!!!!! Love sharing our journeys Xo

  21. Hi Lillie Lou I'm not a doctor so I don't want to give false info but my doctor told me once I felt ready for the full liquids I could move on. My full liquid phase starts Tuesday. So I am slowly starting to incorporate some of the new things I can have such as non fat vanilla Greek yogurt and it was delicious. My husband and I will start making soup purées with our ninja tomorrow and then Tuesday I start the full liquid portion. I'm also extremely excited for sugar free pudding!!!!!!!!
  22. Yes I would love to have support going on. Today I finally got to have high protein non fat vanilla geek yogurt. It was so delicious and it was a nice little break from the constant shakes. My yogurt had 12 grams of protein and one serving size was perfect I am pleasantly full. Now I will wait a half hour to start drinking the water again. How's everyone else today xoxo
