So I love reading all the various advice and stories from everyone. I'm almost 2 weeks post op and searching these forums for some guys. Seems like theres a bit of an overbalance in these forums.
Anyways, looking to hear some stories of how to deal with head cravings, what to expect as a guy in my first couples months post op. (I know men and women loose differently)... Looking for some creative ways to hit that 80g protein mark early on... I'm downing 40g in an Isopure bottle daily and then more with some cream soup. I'm craving meat and can't wait to puree a ribeye or something...
Just any men out there?
